Stage Combat

Experience the thrill of combat—on stage! Students will learn to safely create both comedic and dramatic fight sequences, from exaggerated slapstick comedy to intense dramatic conflict. They will discover how precision, timing, facial expressions, gestures, reactions, and weight transfer work together to authentically and clearly communicate conflict within the context of a story. This class emphasizes safety while cultivating teamwork, trust, discipline, and strong stage presence.
