Encore is an invitation-only mentorship program that recognizes students who have faithfully demonstrated commitment to Outta Theatre and its core values. Through a deeper relationship with the director, Encorians are entrusted with greater responsibility and unique opportunities that foster spiritual, artistic, and personal growth.

TUITION & MEMBERSHIP
$400 + $1100 Guild Tuition = $1500
Payment plans available including 12 monthly payments of $125
Includes all classes offered September-May, except select opportunities will have a supplemental fee
Leader Circle
Leader Circle is an advanced apprenticeship experience available to Encore students. Apprentice leaders will pursue an individualized area of study while developing practical skills, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to the mission of Outta Theatre under the guidance of Outta Theatre leadership. Admission is by application or invitation. Students may choose an area of specialization or propose an original project or course of study. Work scholarships may also be available in lieu of tuition.
SPECIALIZATIONS:
Apprentice Director/Teacher
Learn how to plan lessons, manage time, prepare materials, etc.
Assistant teach Little Kids Theatre and 101 classes.
Miss Angie will work with you to determine what schedule works best.
Propose a short project or scene to direct.
Behind the scenes access to the directing process.
Apprentice Stage Manager/Assistant Director
Learn the ropes of how to manage the cast and crew behind the scenes by serving as assistant stage manager under Hanna Srour for our main stage production.
Apprentice Technical Director
Learn the fundamentals of sound and/or lighting.
Learn how to operate the software and work with the director to create the lighting design for the shows.
Learn how to create the sound design
Learn how to work with equipment and run either the light or sound for any of the shows.
Student may be working with and learning from other adult volunteers
